Landing lights seem to be misplaced. They are not lighting the runway as they should. They are lighting too far away from the aircraft

Probably you have REX lights add-on installed.

The landing lights issue with many add-on aircraft could be solved doing this trick:

Go to the configuration manager of REX 2.0 -> theme creation -> lighting -> Landing lights -> Real Air  Duke lights -> save -> install textures
