C90B Fuel tank selector issue

QUESTION:

I fly the King Air, I find that the aircraft only burns fuel from the left tank. The right tank does not burn fuel at all. I have tried just about every type of configuration to burn fuel out of both tanks. Any suggestions? 

ANSWER:

The aircraft doesn't have tank selector, so it uses the internal configuration of FSX.

This happens when you have a default flight saved with a left tank selected or you recently switched from an aircraft with a left tank selected.

Do this: select the default Cessna 172 on FSX and put the tank selector in BOTH, then switch back to C90.

I suggest saving the C90 as a default flight for avoiding this procedure every time you start FSX.
