Can I use my serial key more than once?

QUESTION:

If I choose to purchase a product through your site, do you submit a registration key? If so, can I re-use the same key if I reformat my hd. Or do I have to apply for a new one through your site? I've purchased many of your products from fspilotshop and they do give a key file, but I can re-use the same one

ANSWER:

Each product has a different serial number that depends on the product and the user account, but you can use that same serial number several times to re-install the aircraft in case of a PC malfunction, formatting, etc. All your serials are sent to you through email and are also stored in your Carenado account, so that you can always access them by logging into your account.
