There is no serial / activation key listed for my product.

QUESTION:

Recently re-installed my Carenado purchases. Have misplaced the email with
the activation key for the M20J 201 I purchased 21-Jul-2010. Looking on
the list of purchases of my account on the Carenado website, there is not
an activation key listed. Is it possible to receive another?

ANSWER:

If you don't see any serial keys under the "Serial" column of the "My products" page on our site then it means that you don't need a Serial to register the product. This is true of our older products, but all our new products have a Serial/Registration key.
