How do I change my password?

If you need to reset your password just click on t"Lost your password?" button right under "Login" button on the login screen and after writing your email address and clicking on "Reset password" a new password will be sent to your mail. 
After you receive the email, you can log into your Carenado account using this temporary password.
You can then change your password by going to "Account details" tab, "Password change" section.

Don't forget to click on "Save changes" after you change your password to update your login details.

If this procedure is not working for you, please, open a support ticket requesting the password reset and for security reasons, confirm the aircraft you have and the last purchase you made.
